Samrat alleged that PK is bringing huge amount of black money from other states like Karnataka and Telangana and spending it on the soil of Bihar and indirectly working to prepare the ground only for the Congress Party.

It is about October 2022, when there was a big earthquake in the politics of Bihar. At that time Nitish Kumar had left the NDA and joined the Grand Alliance and formed a new government. At that time, there was a heated discussion going on inside the Legislative Council regarding defection and political statements.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had taunted Samrat Chaudhary and made comments several times about his changing party. Countering this, Emperor Choudhary also showed a harsh attitude and said – 'Who doesn't know about turncoats? Who can be a leader who can change parties more than us or in this entire country than Nitish Kumar?

'Don't be too worried, Mr. President!'

This incident took place in March 2021, when a heated debate broke out inside the House. Samrat Choudhary, who was a minister in the House at that time, had expressed strong objection to the functioning and mannerisms of the Speaker of the Assembly and had said, 'There is no need to be too worried, Speaker, this is not how the House is run.'

After this sharp statement of Samrat Chaudhary, the then Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha had expressed deep and strong displeasure over it. He immediately asked Samrat Chaudhary to take back his words.
